Effective November 5, 2026. LotLedger is provided by Proxura LLC, Michigan, USA.

What you get. Access to the LotLedger app for recording batches, lots, inventory movements and orders, with a 30-day free trial, then the plan you choose. Lifetime includes hosting and support for 12 months from purchase, then $5 per month to keep it hosted; monthly is $19 per month, cancel any time.

Your records. They are yours. Export them at any time. We keep them while your account is active and for 90 days after it ends, so you can come back.

What we do not promise. LotLedger is a record-keeping tool. It does not decide whether your products comply with any food, cosmetic or labeling law, and it is not legal advice. You are responsible for what you make, label and sell.

Availability. We aim for the app to be available at all times, and sometimes it will not be. We are not liable for losses from downtime, lost data you did not back up, or shipping files you did not check before uploading. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Refunds. Lifetime purchases can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. Monthly is not refunded for a partial month.

Changes. We will email you before any change that affects price or your data.
