Effective November 5, 2026. LotLedger is operated by Proxura LLC, Michigan, USA.

What we store. Your email, a salted hash of your password (never the password), your business name, and the records you enter: products, lots, movements and orders. Orders can include your customers' names and shipping addresses, which you enter so you can ship to them.

Where it lives. On Cloudflare's network (Pages, Workers and the D1 database), in the United States. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

What we do with it. Run the app for you. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. Support staff may look at your account only to help you when you ask.

Your controls. Download a full JSON backup or the ledger CSV at any time from Account. To delete your account and everything in it, email support and it is gone within 7 days.

Cookies. One session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts.
